Neighborhood joy at the Traberwegfest

Hello dear reader!

On September 14th we participated in the Traberwegfest organized by the non-profit association Familienzentrum Poutporri.

The Familienzentrum Potpourri is located in the neighborhood of Karlshorst and offer courses that cover activities such as sewing, ceramics, crafts, drawing and upcycling among others, aimed to the whole family.

The Traberwegfest's proposal is to bring the association offerings closer to the neighborhood in Karlshorst and has been a meeting place in Berlin-Karlshorst for 20 years.

In addition to the great stage program and the long flea market mile, the event offered workshops, flower wreath making, graffiti action, archery, face painting, bicycle coding by the police, can throwing, handicrafts, upcycling and petting ponies.

The festival has become Karlshorst's only street festival with visitor numbers increasing from 2,000 to 4,000 every year. There is a colorful stage program and many hands-on activities for the whole family. A wide range of food and drinks are available to ensure your physical well-being.

Event schedule

It was a great experience to participate in this event with such a friendly atmosphere!

This lovely Draculaura was purchased at the Flea Market:

It was a very windy, partly cloudy and a little cold day, but with some warm drinks that were being sold there, we survived!

Heidi received a wonderful gift (purchased on the market):

Our dear friends visited us too:

Some more items I purchased there:

A nursery bus from Sylvanian Families full of Sylvanians (two of them I had before)!!

Adventskalender from Hello Kitty:

This Playmobil I found to give away next to a House near to the event:

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand and thank you for reading! See you next time!
