From October 25th to 27th, MEX took place in Berlin. MEX is the abbreviation for Manga & Entertainment Expo (or popularly known as Anime Convention).
The event's countless attractions included shows, cosplay presentations, workshops, lectures, Maid Café and the Lolita fashion show, which I attended for the third time.
The fashion show took place on the last day of the event (on Sunday). For the occasion, I wore a self-made purple gothic dress. I didn't plan on wearing black again (since in the last year's fashion show it was the color I wore), but I wanted to wear the dress I worked so hard to sew. (∩︵∩)
The fashion show was a success and this time 19 participants signed up! It was really cool to see the variety of styles and creativity of the participants!
After the fashion show, we went to take pictures outside the event. Luckily it wasn't a cold day, but it wasn't sunny either, but we were still able to capture some golden autumn tones.
This time I didn't walk around the event much, as I wanted to rest because the following weekend would be the day of the Berlin Lolita group meeting (and also because I woke up very early since I live far from the event's location).
I would like to thank the organizers Mona and Charlotte for this great initiative! ♥
